A new development cooperation project, funded the Office of the European Union Representative for the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and implemented by the ILO, UNICEF and Oxfam in cooperation with government authorities, other UN agencies and humanitarian partners, will focus on addressing the fragmentation of social protection programming, including at the humanitarian-development nexus, and increasing the capacity of MoSD and its partners to quickly leverage social transfers (cash and in-kind) in efforts to respond to emerging needs across Palestinian society.
