Lebanon’s economic crisis has severely eroded public sector wages, pushing many civil servants into income vulnerability and weakening public institutions.This report analyzes the wage crisis and propose a clear pathway toward reform and recovery. It highlights how political elites have avoided structural reforms, resorting instead to temporary fixes that exacerbate inequalities, and how international aid, despite providing crucial short-term relief, increases dependency and undermines national sovereignty.
