In Tunisia, obtaining a residence permit is often synonymous with administrative difficulties and inequalities in terms of access, particularly for Sub-Saharan Africans. In addition to the administrative difficulties, they have been subject to arbitrary arrests and humiliating treatment for over a month and a half.
