In contribution to the outcome document of the forthcoming Second World Summit for Social Development, the Global Coalition for Social Protection Floors (GCSPF) is hereby advancing key messages and recommending policies to establish social protection systems and social protection floors for achieving social justice through universal social protection. The GCSPF proposals are predicated on a range of existing national and international policies available to implement and finance universal social protection systems and floors, and include proposed means to implement the recommended policies and to ensure sustainable financing.
