
Lebanon’s Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA), in partnership with UNICEF and the International Labour Organization (ILO) and funding from the European Union (EU), launched the country’s National Disability Allowance (NDA). The allowance is a social grant that will provide a direct income support to persons with disabilities living in the country. The NDA was designed to strengthen the existing national programmes and services dedicated to people with disabilities.
