During the 1980s, Moroccan governments adopted structural adjustment policies that inadvertently left deep-seated vulnerabilities across Moroccan society. The enduring consequences of these policies continue to marginalize a significant portion of Moroccans, depriving them of access to quality education, comprehensive healthcare, adequate housing, and decent employment opportunities.
