2025 marked a new milestone for the Arab Region Hub for Social Protection, a key initiative of the Social Protection Program (SPP) at the Arab Reform Initiative (ARI). Building on the consolidation phase of 2024, the Hub further strengthened its role as a regional platform for knowledge production, exchange, and coordinated action on social protection in the Arab region.
Throughout the year, the Hub expanded its digital infrastructure, launched new curated resources, intensified its knowledge dissemination efforts, and deepened engagement with its growing community of practice and episteme. These efforts reflect the Hub’s continued commitment to advancing rights-based, universal social protection systems and to supporting collective action towards the realization of the right to social security for all in the region.
