The “Doha Dialogue” on Labour Mobility marked a key milestone in enhancing labour mobility governance and protecting migrant workers’ rights between the GCC and AU, by bringing together ministers and representatives from African and Middle Eastern countries to promote fair recruitment practices and establish a framework for ongoing dialogue and cooperation on labour migration issues in the Africa-Gulf Corridor.
